You retain ownership of the content you create and the responses you collect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content so we can provide the service to you.

Free service

CreateSurveyFast is provided free of charge. We may change features over time to improve the product.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateSurveyFast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
